Refund and Returns Policy
At BMWMODZPARTS.store, we specialize in performance and tuning components specifically for BMW vehicles. Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive parts, we maintain a structured return policy to protect both our customers and our brand integrity.
Please review the policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- The item must be in original manufacturer packaging
- All included hardware, manuals, seals, and accessories must be present
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Performance parts that have been installed, test-fitted, tuned, or used in any way are not eligible for return.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- ECU tunes, software, or digital products
- Special order or custom-built items
- Clearance or final sale products
- Electrical components that have been plugged in
- Items showing signs of installation (bolts tightened, gaskets compressed, mounting marks, etc.)
Due to the sensitive nature of performance upgrades, once installed, parts cannot be resold as new.
3️⃣ Fitment Responsibility
BMWMODZPARTS.store provides compatibility information on each product page. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify:
- Exact BMW model
- Year
- Chassis code (F-Series, G-Series, etc.)
- Engine variant
If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing. Returns due to incorrect fitment ordered by the customer may be subject to a restocking fee.
4️⃣ Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on:
- Manufacturer policies
- Condition of returned item
- Packaging integrity
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective part
- An incorrect product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of packaging
- Order number
We will review and provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
6️⃣ Return Authorization Required
Do NOT ship items back without approval.
To initiate a return:

- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of item
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
7️⃣ Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are not refunded unless the error was ours
8️⃣ Warranty Claims
Most branded products carry a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must follow the specific brand’s guidelines and may require:
- Proof of professional installation
- Diagnostic reports
- Serial numbers
BMWMODZPARTS.store assists with warranty coordination but final decisions are subject to manufacturer approval.
9️⃣ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order falls under our standard return policy.
Special order and custom items cannot be canceled once processed.
